What Happy Clients Have to Say
ABOUT ROBYN
ABOUT ROBYN
My mission is to partner with families to create calm, supportive sleep routines that meet the unique developmental, behavioral, and sensory needs of each child. Through individualized, behavior-based strategies, I help families reduce bedtime stress and build sleep habits that support the whole household.
Hi, I’m Robyn Jones, M.S., BCBA, CBSS.
I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Behavioral Sleep Specialist who supports families of children on the autism spectrum with compassionate, practical, evidence-based sleep care.
I believe that sleep challenges are not a reflection of poor parenting or lack of effort. More often, they are learned patterns shaped by development, environment, sensory needs, and daily routines. My role is to help families understand why sleep difficulties are happening and to create clear, realistic strategies that work within real family life.
My approach is calm, individualized, and collaborative. There is no “cry it out,” no rigid protocols, and no pressure to force changes that don’t feel aligned with your child or your values. Instead, I partner closely with families to build predictable routines, reduce bedtime stress, and create sleep plans that support both the child and the caregivers involved.
Sleep Support for Families
I work exclusively one-on-one with families, allowing for highly individualized care and consistent support throughout the sleep process.

Not sure where to start?’
Sleep challenges can feel overwhelming… especially when you’ve tried advice that didn’t quite fit your child or your family.
To help you take the first step, I offer a free sleep resource for families of autistic children, designed to help you identify common behavioral and environmental factors impacting sleep, understand why certain strategies may not have worked in the past, and learn simple, supportive changes you can start implementing right away.
You Don’t Have to Navigate Sleep Challenges Alone
With the right support, families can create calmer bedtimes, more consistent nights, and routines that support everyone’s well-being.
If you’re ready to understand your child’s sleep challenges and explore behavior-based solutions that are compassionate, practical, and sustainable, I’d love to connect.
